Pathfinder Project Management

An important part of Pathfinder's advantage to the entertainment and hospitality industries is how well we work with our customers. As soon as you choose to purchase our software, you will be assigned a Project Manager. While any of our staff are capable of assisting you, your Project Manager will become intimately familiar with you and your facility during the installation process.

What are some of the advantages offered by Pathfinder's Project Management?

Industry Knowledge

The industry experience of our staff is an integral part of our business model. This extensive knowledge base allows us to not only understand your business, but to offer advice regarding different methods that can be used to improve your business using our software. Our staff offers a total of over 60 years of experience in the entertainment and hospitality industries, as well as over 60 years of experience in the software development industry. In addition, 60% of our staff are Microsoft Certified Professionals.

We also have extensive experience with how our software works in the real world. Not only are we used by our sister company, Palace Pointe, we have over 80 other customers installed with the Pathfinder Advantage suite, and over 100 using the older Fun Center Software. This means that we can provide you with many examples of how our customers have used our software to increase their efficiency and profitability.

Single Primary Contact

During project implementation, your project is managed through a single contact. This contact becomes intimately familiar with your business, allowing them to provide advice on the best way to implement our system. Our project manager can work directly with your network specialists, arcade game reps, or other third-party vendors

Pre-Installation Information

Pre-installation is as important to your Project Manager as the actual installation. During the pre-installation stage, your Project Manager will provide you with a Pre-installation Guide, which will not only help them understand your business, but also provide you with guidelines to be better prepared for your installation. Your Project Manager’s goal in using the Pre-installation Guide will be to complete 80% of your installation prior to ever arriving on-site, saving you time and money.

Installation and Training

In order to make the transition as smooth as possible, we send your project manager to your facility to help install your computers and perform final configuration of your software. The project manager is also charged with training your managers on the operations of our software. While we take the "train the trainer" approach, the project manager will also observe your managers training your general staff in order to ensure that they have a complete grasp of our system and its operation.

Post-Installation Support

While we do our best to take care of as much as possible before leaving your facility, there are invariably some questions and concerns that arise after your project manager has departed. We therefore include a full year of 24/7 technical support as part of every sale we make. This also includes free upgrades to new versions of our software for that year in case you want new features.
