Customer Loyalty and Reward Programs

Any business knows that keeping customers coming back is easier than getting new customers. Take advantage of this fact by offering your customers a reward program that gives them discounts and other benefits for coming back again and again.

How you reward your customers is up to you. Once they spend $100 in a calendar year give them a 5% discount? Give them reward points once they have made 5 visits within a one month period? The choices are yours. What would entice your customers to come back again and again?

Have Multiple Reward Tiers

  • Encourage increased customer activity by enticing them with higher reward tiers
  • Tier level can be based on sales, number of visits, redemption winnings, and/or redemption account balance
  • Measure sales, visits, or winnings for the current year, last 30 days, lifetime of the customer, or any other time period you can think of

Give Reward Points

  • Give customers reward points per dollar spent, or as a bonus for certain activities, based on their tier
  • Let customers spend these reward points to buy tickets or goods at the Point of Sale
  • Restrict items that are not eligible for purchase with reward points
  • You can also give redemption points valid at Redemption as bonuses

  • Use the program as a way to get customer information and track customer spending
  • Customers can be set up as individuals or as families
  • Offer discounts at Redemption or Point of Sale based on reward tier
  • Customers can be given special Player Cards with their name and photo printed on it
